OMG ACCESSOIRES SRL is specialized in manufacturing metal stamping products, precision metal turning, precision-machined mechanical parts, mechanical CNC-milling and steel mold making. We work with different materials such as brass, steel, zamak and aluminium thanks to a solid company organisation.

TURNING DEPARTMENT

Omg accessoires srl has been working in the sector of small metal parts for over 40 years and now we have a dedicated department with special tools for manufacturing precision-machined mechanical parts. High-qualified technical staff support customers from the design to the full production of the detail thanks to CAD-CAM system. We perform any mechanical turning job with bars from Ø 2mm to Ø 42mm with automatic CNC lathes with fixed or sliding headstock and more. We can manufacture a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials from bars, i.e.: -Brass (with and without Pb) -Alloy steel (18NiCr, 39NiCr, 42CrMo) -Stainless steel (AISI 303, AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 316L) -Titanium -Aluminum and Alloys (Ergal – Avional)

ZAMAK DIE-CASTING DEPARTMENT

The department is well-equipped with different machines for zamak die-casting and centrifugal casting with rubber molds. Stamping a wide range of components we are able to meet the needs of the mechanical market and more. Different technical skills in every department mean achieving optimal solutions in term of costs and delivery times.

MECHANICS DEPARTMENT

We project and manufacture die-casting molds. Moreover we carry out blanking and deep drawing process of sheet metal such as brass, steel, alumimium The department is well-equipped with CNC milling machines, lathes, mechanical presses with eccentric drive for stamping, cold forming, electro erosion machines in addition to CNC machines, CNC lathes, cutting lasers, laser machines for laser engraving and laser making for brass material
